Typical integration architecture in educational institutions. Available protocols: LTI, SSO/SAML, OpenURL, REST APIs. Ecosystem diagnosis for each participating institution.
How to document an integration: components, flows, owners and dependencies. Workshop: building the integration map for each participant's use case. Technical decisions: authentication, data access and synchronization.
Integration configuration in the test environment. Guided workshop: first steps of the eLibro-LMS integration. Resolving common errors and configuration best practices.
Integration with other systems: institutional repository, integrated library system (ILS). Authentication, access and synchronization testing. Workshop: complete functional integration in the test environment.
Testing plan design: test cases, acceptance criteria and roles. Workshop: running the testing plan with the pilot. Documenting results and necessary adjustments.
