Throughout a morning of presentations—which concluded with a shared lunch—participants learned in detail about platform improvements, new tools, and strategies to enhance academic library management.

During the meeting, various topics related to innovation and the strengthening of academic libraries were addressed. In this context, Lía Díaz, eLibro Paraguay representative, conducted a tour of the Digital Library, presenting its most notable features, the platform's current advantages, and newly incorporated products.

Another session was dedicated to Artificial Intelligence applied to library management, where Santiago Villegas, leader of eLibro's Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Unit (iIA), presented his talk "Artificial Intelligence for Academic Library Management," highlighting how these tools can optimize processes and services.

The day included a space focused on strategies to increase visibility of scientific and academic production, presented by Geraldine Santos from eLibro Colombia, who shared practical ideas and resources to promote institutional academic work dissemination.

The event also featured a section dedicated to the relevance of specialized bibliography and the partnership between eLibro and Pearson, aimed at expanding resources available to user libraries. The presentation was led by Francisco Ortega, Pearson representative.

The event was a space for updates and meetings among institutions, designed to continue strengthening the eLibro user community and support libraries in their innovation and growth processes.
